I've been designing digital products for 9 years. The through-line has always been the same - making complex systems feel human for the people who depend on them daily.
I lead and ship AI design at UXCam, a platform trusted by 39,000+ teams across LATAM and EMEA. Over three years I designed Tara, the AI analytics assistant (76% retention in month one) and a redesign that drove a 13x sentiment increase in week one. Before that: FinTech at 100K+ MAU, AI workflow simplification, autism care CRM, EdTech at scale. Different problems, same instinct.
I've built agentic workflows into every stage of how I design - not because it's the thing to do, but because it makes me more honest about what's actually worth building. I rely on instrumentation and real usage data, not assumptions. It also means I work well across timezones - async by default, in sync when it matters.
Outside of product work, I mentor designers - helping them navigate the shift from traditional UX to AI-native design. It's the part of my work I'm most quietly proud of.
